    FORGE installer not working

    SO, I've been trying to play forge 1.7.10 modpacks and i need the forge version.No matter how hard i try to install the installer the mouse turns into a spinning wheel and then stops.i tried using all the installers for all versions and neither worked.i installled the 1.12.2 and 1.10.2 installers before and they worked fine.I also tried using jarfix (a recommendation i got online) and that didn't work either.im desperate.also i played the normal 1.7.10 version and it works perfectly fine so i don't know what the problem is. i am using an ASUS laptop and it has 64-bit,hope the information helps.the problem seems to be with version 1.7.10 only.Please reply quickly,thank you in advance

    Forge 1.12 Installer:win/normal won't open at all!!!

    When i did what you said in the link it said "Error: Unable to access jarfile [Name of My Installer] " I am trying to open my 1.7.10 forge installer using the steps you gave, diesieben but cmd says this instead of opening the installer. Help me please Reply as quickly as you can please. Thank you again
