  1. So I discovered via the Rules and EAQ - Read before you post or get banned, that you can install separate game versions in different directories. I am like YAY! I don't have to remove mods, configs and options every time I wana switch modpacks and versions! But, I don't know where I am supposed to install forge to. Do I install forge into the default .minecraft or the new .minecraft(whatever version/modpack)?
  2. Have you tried going to the splash.properties in .mincraft/config and turning the enable option to false: enabled=false? I had a similar problem and doing that fixed the problem. (BTW, this fix is listed in the Rules and EAQ-Read first or be banned)
  3. Okay, so I grabbed an splash.properties from another computer running a different version of minecraft and I changed the enabled to false and it worked. Sorry for wasting anyone's time.
  4. Okay so I read the EAQ and the rules, and one of the fixes is listed for what I am having, minecraft freezing on the loading screen. It says to If you are using an Intel GPU and Minecraft freezes during loading, disable the loading screen by setting "enabled" to "false" in .minecraft/config/splash.properties. The problem is, I went to my config directory in .minecraft, but I only see two configs, Forge and ForgeChunkLoading. I searched both those files for splash(just incase), no luck. Now another thing is logs. I have three log.gz's and three .log's, what log should I upload? Btw, the logs I have are:2019-09-15-1.log.gz, also -2.log.gz and -3.log.gz. The .log's are:fml-client-latest.log, fml-junk-earlystartup.log, and latest.log. Also, it does this on 1.7.10 or 1.12.2.
