I tried to research what others have said, seems most of their trouble is from other mods installed with wrong versions. I started off with a fresh no mods installed version of 1.14.4 and downloaded forge 28.1 from this site and am getting the no valid mod file message is this normal or what should I change, in the file the only thing showing in the mods folder is the current forge 28.1 also here is a copy from the log file. It does seem to work but just concerned about the message.
