yes i have installed the forge server from the forge website and this is what gets installed i put the mods folder there my self

Hi! i am having an issue where when i install forge server there is no mods folder i am using the latest release and i have run my server and still no mods folder what should i do? (i have tried making my own mods folder but it does not work)
