I would like to point out this is not forge 1.12 and above, I can't update it because the mod pack we built has to run in 1.7.10, as the core mod its based off of is only in that version, I hope this doesn't hinder anything, as this is a very large problem, its a really weird problem as well because its only server-side, not client, and its a test server running on my pc, we have 2 one on my pc and one on my fellow creator, but we both have the same problem, its imperative that I get this fixed. there is no debug.log, but there is the fml-server log, will that work.

which server log do you need, not client.

So, the world gen does this every time, there are no mods on the server, just forge, I had mods but it still has the same problem so I removed them all one by one to figure it out and nothing.
