It looks to be an issue with the server just not wanting to load the majority of the mods, how can i fix this?

I got the server up and running, but it's just really fancy vanilla right now. None of the special mobs spawn, the special mechanics (such as right-clicking flint on stone to make flint shards) doesn't work, and (this may just be lag) half e time mobs don't take dmg from hits.
