    Minecraft Forge Launcher Wont Launch

    So i downloaded forge via the installer. Now i need to launch it, right? So i downloaded the launcher, and then it doesnt work. I click on it,i open it, it doesnt work. It just does nothing. why and how do i fix it, this is the recommended verion of 1.14, i think its like 1.14.28 maybe
