    [14.4] Forge 28.1.76 won't open with Java

    I'm having a problem with forge because whenever I right-click it and click open with Java, the image below pops up. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling forge and java, but the same error keeps popping up. I've downloaded the latest versions too. I'm not sure if anything I'm doing is wrong, but if so please tell me. Also, this is just to open the installer. I don't know if I have to run any commands or anything, but judging by the message, I probably do.
