Yes my connection is reliable. I do have an anitvirus that does get false positives its called webroot.

What i meant was I downloaded all the other libraries like scala-compiler and scala swing .Just that those 3 libraries are there when i open up forge and it says it says org.scala-lang.plugins:scala-continuations-library_2.11:1.0.2,org.scala-lang.plugins:scala-continuations-plugin_2.11.1:1.0.2 and org.lang:scala-xml_2.11:1.0.2 have failed to download. Thank you for replying to my other reply.

So hi um for some reason all my libraries got deleted but I downloaded them all back but when I open up forge 1.12.2 it says org.scala-lang.plugins:scala-continuations-library_2.11:1.0.2 , org.scala-lang.plugins:scala-continuations-plugin_2.11.1:1.0.2 and org.lang:scala-xml_2.11:1.0.2 have failed to download but I already have them in their dedicated folder. If you could help it would be highly appreciated.
