    I've dowloaded the recommended version of Forge 1.14.4 from this website. I've gone into my system preferences and made sure that i can open it, but when I try to open it i keep getting this message (the picture). Im not experience enough to go into my computer files a mess around with stuff, so a step-by-step would be highly appreciate. I have the most recent version of Minecraft 1.14.4, I also have MacOS Mojave: Version 10.14.6. if that helps. I've been trying to find anything on this, but EVERY SINGLE tutorial/forum I find is outdated or for windows.

    i keep getting the "The Java JAR file “forge-1.14.4-28.1.0-installer.jar” could not be launched. Check the Console for possible error messages." yahdah yadah yadah. Legitimately every single post/video I've seen if from like 6 years ago, and they are not helpful at all. I'm just trying to download this for Minecraft moding, but mac is a b and a half to work with. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
