Well because I have a mod which alters the players skin and if that mod isnt loaded last, it doesnt work at all

So im having a problem where I want to load certain mods first and some others last. I've tried to change the name of the mods because I've heard that forge loads mods alphabetically but that sadly isnt the case for me If anyone knows a work-around or a straight up fix, please do tell

Does anyone know how to find a certain dimensions ID?? I have a couple of modded dimensions but cant seem to find their ID's If anyone knows how please do tell

So I have installed a mod which alters the players height but for some odd reason when I turn on shaders the player height remains fixed to one position I've checked if other mods cause this but it seems to happen only when shaders are on. If anyone knows what causes this or has a fix, please do tell
