    I have installed multiple times ( deleting before reinstalling ). and yes, without the launcher running. Oh I have restarted it ALOT.

    I've checked the 'versions' folder multiple times ( after downloading multiple times ) and the 1.12.2 Forge is there, but not in the launcher. I've installed 1.14.4 also, and that shows up in the launcher and also in the file, has a Java file, But the 1.12.2 Hasnt. I have tried re-installing Minecraft, restarting my computer, deleting forge then installing it again, etc. I have read many posts, "Just scroll down to the bottom" Tried this, Hasn't worked. This is really bothering me. Please, I would like some help with this as soon as you can.
