    Minecraft 1.12 Forge Crashing

    This has also been happening to me. I tried deleting the file and it still didn't work. This has something to do with Twitch, because Forge was working in 12.2 until I tried to install a mod (RLCraft) using Twitch, and it started crashing with the same error message after the mod download finished. I deleted the mod, and then forge started working again, but when I tried to install a different mod it started crashing again with the same message.
