Change install dir without GUI?

Running java -jar "D:/Location/of/jar.jar" --installserver=/D:/Target/folder/1.12.2 has been unsuccessful and it keeps downloading into the current dir of the terminal -
Is there a command line argument (like --installserver) to change the target dir without the need of the GUI?
