    Can't Bring up the Mod System Installer

    XBladeXXIV posted a topic in Support & Bug Reports
    Every time I try to open my installer with Java, It does nothing, and I have SE Binary like I was told to do. In order to open up the Installer and complete the installation of Forge, I need to open it with Java and it isn't letting me.
