Cannot download jna4.4.0 because file already exists (w pastebin)

Thank you all! While I’m sure this would work, I also downloaded the 2nd most recent version of forge 1.12.2, reinstalled Minecraft and ran 1.14 after deleting .minecraft folder, and then ran the forge file. This worked and it may have something to do with a change that 1.14 makes when you install Minecraft fresh. Again, thanks! -
