    Never mind. I fixed it. Thanks for any help you were going to try and give me. I guess I never ran 1.12.2 vanilla before. sorry for wasting your time. If you guys are big dumb like me and havent ran the version of minecraft you are trying to mod, DO IT, then unistall forge for that version then redownload it. My bad.

    Minecraft For 1.12 Crashes at Startup

    Whenever I press the "Play" button in the MC launcher (with any version of Forge for 1.12) I get an error message. The program crashes before it even begins to load. The loading bar at the bottom of the screen simply says "Preparing..." then the launcher disappears, and it then reappears seconds later with an error message. I have tried downloading other versions of Forge for 1.12, but I get the same outcome every time. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it. I can send out my log to anyone who needs it as well.
