    When I installed Java it worked and the installer said it completed but when I download Forge from this website and open it it says "Java Installation Not Completed" and "Unable to install Java" , "Check that the commands are valid and try again".

    Minecraft Forge Download Error

    I am downloading Minecraft Forge 1.5 for Windows 10 and whenever I click run on the download it says "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if on is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps settings page." I have tried to do other people's tutorials but so far they have not worked. I could not find a fix to this problem.
