1.14.4 isn't working either (i did Recommended version and not the Latest version), it just gives me a java file and doesn't want to open and when i click 'open with java(TM) Platform SE Binary, it does the exact same thing as the 1.13.2 installer does

BTW, i have forge 1.8.8,1.12.2 and 1.7.10 and the installer for those worked fine but 1.13.2 installer is very wierd

i have the installer and whenever i right click on it, chose open with and chose javaw, it always comes up with a command prompt window for about 1/10's of a second, then exits and then nothing happens afterwards.
