Please note that you should not blindly reinstall Forge/Minecraft or allocate more RAM. Forge has logs, and the user should always act according to the log instead of guessing, as the latter can cause problems.

This is true. This would be for where NO logs appear in ANY folder. I'll add this to the main post then.

So, if anyone, if you can't guess from the image, is having problems with Forge, just do these steps:
-Uninstall Minecraft COMPLETELY, preserving files such as mods, resource packs, world saves, to another folder such as Downloads or Desktop.

-In your roaming folder, completely trash ".minecraft". Yup. Delete it and everything inside.
    -Reinstall.
-Reinstall Forge, after launching Vanilla 1.14.4 first.
-Allocate more RAM for Forge (For me, default is 2G. I upped it to 3G, and it works fine now). For this step, keep in mind your RAM. Don't allocate more than half of your RAM to Minecraft, or your PC will crash all on its own. For me, I have 8G of RAM. I can technically up Forge Allocation to 4G, but I don't wanna.

-Run! It should work fine now!

This would be for where NO logs appear in ANY folder. And if they do, read over those and try to figure out your issue before you go straight to complete re-installation. Sometimes there are other reasons beyond what I've laid on the table, so read those logs over.

Sometimes Forge just doesn't work at all. So, yeah. I guess it's help, but also off-topic considering the image.
