    Exitcode -1073740791 with Minecraft above 1.6.4 with Forge Loaded

    Since about late 2019, I have found that I cannot run Minecraft when forge is loaded with it. Each time I try, I encounter an exitcode -1073740791. This is encountered with the Twitch Launcher, FTB Launcher, Multicraft, and even the official Launcher. Any version above 1.6.4 with Forge loaded and through any launcher encounters this exit code. I've rolled back my graphics drivers and Java to a date before this started. The only thing I can think of is a Windows 7 update that I need to remove, but I have no idea which update might be causing this.
