    Mobs move in spurts and very long rise items on local server. How can I fix it?

    I created server minecraft 1.7.10 with The Lord Of The Rings mod, connected via ip 0.0.0.0:25565 (that is, in theory ping=0), in the normal dimension, everything is fine, but in dimension of the hobbits all mobs and players move in spurts and items long pick up or at all not matched. Specifications of my computer: 8 GB RAM (3200 mhz), RYZEN 3600, Nvidia gt 1030, Windows 10 PRO 64-bit. p.s here I screen my tps in the normal dimension and in dimension of the hobbits https://imgur.com/a/QBEWhma
