Found the fix

Trying to make a flower block and this issue is preventing me from making flowers. And yes I've tried `.hardnessandResistance(0.0F) but it tells me to make the block an item. This is on the recommended forge version.

I'd like to change the min light value for spawn. I'm creating an underground world and I'd like for trees to spawn in it on generation.
