    Oh, I found my problem. Apparently I was missing "http://files.minecraftforge.net/fmllibs/fml_libs.zip" File

    This person has the exact same problem as me, so I'll post the code, I'm anxious to find out why as well, I really want to try out Millenaire. Same thing, Forge installed, Meta-INF deleted, forge shows validating, 0%, and then black screen, no matter how long I let it run at I've tried closing and restarting and everything, redownloading, restarting computer, doesn't work, though occasionally it gets stuck on the Done Loading screen.
