    Forge 1.8.9 Jar FIle Location

    In my .minecraft/versions/(my forge download) there is no .JAR file in there. All the others have on including my forge 1.14.4 which works. This 1.8.9 forge is the only one which does not work. Please help me. Does there need to be a .JAR file in there and if so, how would I do that do that my forge works. I have been trying for multiple hours strait.
