    my mods arent working correctly on my 1.12.2 rlcraft server

    I created a rlcraft server for me and some of my friends to play on, however, when i loaded up the server i noticed half of the time when i would punch a mob nothing would happen, no new mobs for the mod pack were spawning and neither were some of the structures. I also noticed that the mechanics of some of the mods weren't working (example: the no tree punching mod makes it so that if you punch a wood log nothing would drop and you cant craft sticks, but when i tried it i could get the log from punching it and i could craft the planks i crafted into sticks) and other stuff just isn't working I don't know what to do please help!
