    I downloaded the Forge installer for Minecraft 1.14.4 (forge-1.14.4-28.1.0-launcher) and it wouldn't run, so i updatet Java, still wouldn't run. i used jarfix but it didn't help. i reinstalled Java and it still wouldn't start. Then i opened the .jar file manually and it says: "C:\Users\Felix Müller\Desktop>Java -jar forge-1.14.4-28.1.0-launcher.jar FATAL ERROR, You need to run the installer. The libraries required to launch a server are missing" where can i get the files to run the installer?
