    weird crash?? (with mods)

    minecraftepicgamerpp posted a topic in Support & Bug Reports
    (I've never used this site before so sorry if I'm doing things wrong) I'm running mc 1.12.2 with mods and the game crashed when I died and when I respawned I can't break blocks and I die for no reason after a few mins. I've used mods a lot before and this never happened. If someone knows what I can do to fix this that would be great thanks!! Here's the crash report:
