Additional note, it makes me change the available ram in the edit settings every time i load the game, it doesnt ever save my settings.

I recently installed RLcraft through the twitch app and it lags like crazy. Ive got an EVGA 1070ti, a ryzen 5 2600 and 16 GB of ram. I even installed optifine into the mod folder to give me extra setting control and its still unplayably laggy. I edit the ram allocation in the settings to either 5 or 6 GB and it doesn't make a difference. Any ideas as to why it is this bad?
