Preciousbones

I have 1.12.2 forge and my mods are 1.12.2. When I load forge, it tells me that there are 4 active mods, but those are mods that come with forge. The mods I have in my mod file aren't showing up in-game, neither is my resource pack and shaders. I'm thinking something might be wrong with my forge but I don't know what nor how to fix it. attached is a list of my mods and the file of my forge.
