Will it fix my issue?

So eclipse is telling me I'm missing forge but I'm not. I have run gradlew eclipse 3x times now and redid the whole mod setup and copy-pasted all of my work. It keeps giving me the error Project regal mod is missing required libraries c:/users/(me)/desktop/my mod/regal mod/unresolved dependency - (the forge file net.forge etc) So can i please have some help Forge 1.13.2 btw
