    Server install wont work 1.12.2

    I tried installing a forge server so I can play modded but it didn't seem to work. At first this popped up and i ignored it.I left the installer going for an hour and nothing happened. There was a libraries folder but it was empty. Are forge servers down?? Can u please help me?
