  1. Hello. So, we are using a program for security called Bitdefender which protects my familys computers from malwares and trojans and as such. However, the program is blocking the websites that allow us to download the Forge and when we try to open the Forge on Minecraft, it never opens. It keeps being stuck at "Preparing". We tried doing it with and without mods, removing certain apps and it still doesn't work. This is a problem for both me and my little brother. Are there files we have to give exclusion for the forge to work in Minecraft? If there are, which ones? Me and my brother are really in a gridlock because of this, and my dad who is good at computer stuffs couldn't solve it either. We would really appreciate some help. Thank you.
