    Don't know how to set up forge

    I've been trying to use forge but i'm not that intelligent, nobody else seems to have this problem. I try to install forge by going to the forge website and clicking on installer, i'm presented with a page that says to click the skip button, I do, it downloads the file and I click to keep it, but whenever I try to open it, it just pops up a "view downloads - internet explorer" window. I apologize in advance for my lack of computer knowledge and English, i'm trying.

    i'm having a problem opening forge, i download it, go to it in files and when i try to open it i'm presented with "view downloads"
