I am not getting the option for a Windows version of Forge on the downloads page like I'm seeing in all the tutorials. The options I have are: Changelog, Installer, Launcher, Mdk, Sources and Universal. I tried the Installer but every time I tried to launch it, it just re-downloads it for some reason. First time I downloaded it it asked me what program file it wanted me to open it with and gave me the option of like internet explorer and that was about it. Tried it with that and it didn't work, then managed to change it to chrome and that didn't work either. It gives me the option to download an app from the Microsoft store to open it with so is there something on there I could get to make it work? I've no idea why it's not downloaded it correctly. I'm using the most recent version of Forge, I've got the java edition of minecraft, i don't know what it could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
