thank you! fixed it by tinkering with the regedit!

i've setup a few servers with plugins and mods before, so i know how the console would usually look like (colored, formatted, etc). but on 1.14.4 the console looks really weird! every line starts with "?[m" and on the first line of the log, it says "2020-03-31 21:35:33,204 main WARN Advanced terminal features are not available in this environment" image: https://imgur.com/a/f7kY9LL when i checked the logs, it looked fine without the "?[m" thing. log: https://pastebin.com/5KgTSAnL also, i'm not sure if the warn/errors are connected with this terminal features issue because i don't like seeing the error spam. the server runs fine with no other issues.
