I figured it out, it was just a mod that wasnt compatible with my version of Forge 1.15, while the mod was only 1.12. I just had to go into my mods folder and manually pull it out. But thanks for your time!

How do I delete mods off of Forge without launching it? It keeps crashing because I assume it has a mod that isnt compatible, I have no idea where Forges mods are on my computer without opening Minecraft Forge, navigating to my mods and deleting them there.
