There is one just called debug its a text dokument that is the closest to debug.log

I find it in the .minecraft / logs right?? If so its not in there.

I have downloaded the installer - installed every thing looked fine. Then i launch and the game starts but then shutsdown and tells me that there is this* error. Pls help i dont know what to do. This* The game crashed whilst initializing game Error: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: $SwitchMap$net$minecraft$client$renderer$vertex$VertexFormatElement$Type
