I'm having the same problem. I click installer, i hit the "Skip" portion with the add junk. It installs "forge-1.15.2-31.1.46-installer" Then i click it to install i receive a popup "View Downloads Internet Explorer" asking me if i want to save or open. If i click save, then click the file, the same fricken window pops up. If i click open, a blank window flashes then nothing happens. I do have java installed. Please help Also where do i locate the files URL? I included the file name. Do you mean the folder path?
