I can't seem to install forge. It gives me the error message "You need to run the version 1.15.2 manually at least once". I've opened up vanilla minecraft on version 1.15.2. I checked and .minecraft/versions/1.15.2 and everything seems fine. I have not seen anyone else with this problem is there something I am doing wrong.
