How do I update my code then?

I am referencing the latest. I have the recommended.

I just downloaded it this morning... Do I download experimental? How do I update my code to it then? (I'm new to this, sorry)

Im on the most recent, 1.15.2. I just updated all of java, all of forge, restarted my entire project and it still gives error code -1. When I export the mod and manually load it into forge, it runs fine.

I have no clue how to fix this, how do I fix it? (Yes, I see the ram count, it was doing this when it still had 8 gigs of ram)
