Im super new to owning a server, what the hell does EAQ mean?

Title is pretty much self explanatory. I have a rented server and it worked fine for about two hours, then once we started venturing out more it kept crashing our games, closing the application all together. We have OptiFine and TerraForge mods on it if that helps at all. And I can post the crash log but it is a lot of text. Should I post that here or make a file on google drive or something for you all to view if need be? Thanks a lot! :)
