    tried downloading 1.15.2, but the installer wont open. so cant install the 1.15.2 forge version. why is this?

    I was trying to load a mod, and i was using the latest forge mod loader. When I tried to load the mod, i recieved the error message that my fml version was 29 and i required 31. i was on the lates forge version. what happend? latest.log
