    [1.12.2] Forge Installation Issues

    I've been trying to install the latest version of forge for 1.12.2, however it keeps not installing some of the libraries. Version 1.15.2 works, however the mods I would like to have do not come in that version. I've tried multiple things, looking through multiple threads and could not find the answer. I opened the folder containing the jar file for forge shift-right clicked it and opened the command prompt. Then I put in the java -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true -jar [name of the installer] command (and used the .jar extension but it still doesn't install all the libraries. Please help. What the log says:
