    What does "size" in minecraft 1.12.json mean?

    So, i wanted to change the sounds of minecraft and then I stumble upon a "size" tag after the sound ID. "minecraft/sounds/music/menu/menu1.ogg": {"hash": "c157c56846f0e50620f808fecd9d069423dd6c41", "size": 1744657} What does this actually mean? Does this mean the length of the sound?

    Forge 1.7.10 texture bug

    So i downloaded Forge 1.7.10 the recommended version downloaded it into minecraft and everything worked except that the texture packs are kinda messy and every Time I start the Game The messy texture packs are random. After that i downloaded the latest Version and it was totally the same. But when i start the game on 1.7.10 without Forge everything is normal. The only thing that i have are some screenshots about how it looks. Could someone please help me?
