Forgot to add in that i DID delete the META-INF.

If this is the wrong place to post this, i apologize in advance, im new to the forum. I downloaded the most recent version of FML, and dragged every file from the FML.zip into my minecraft.jar and when i boot up minecraft i don't get the little window showing you that your installing FML. It's really frustrating, I've spent the last 2 days scouring the internet looking for an answer but it seems as though im the only one experiencing this, any help would be greatly appreciated.
