    Forge won't see my mods?

    I've been searching high and low to see if anyone else has my problem, but I couldn't seem to find an answer! Basically, I have a MacBook, and I've been trying to download some mods. I have 1.12.2, and my mods are in my mod folder. When I open the Minecraft server, I see that my mods aren't there. There's only the four basic mods. The mods I've been trying to download are: PetCraft, Minecraft Comes Alive, Radix Core, and a couple of furniture mods. They are all 1.12.2, just like my forge. I need help.
