    Forge server not using enough RAM

    ive made a post about the topic on reddit, right here, i ran into a issue where i set up a server for 1.12.2 for mods. but when i launch the server it would only use about 200megs of ram, i googled about increasing the ram and made a .bat file to allocate that ram to it, minimum of 1gig up to 4 gigs. but it didnt change a thing.
