    No mods folder in forge server folder

    I am trying to make a modded forge server for me and my friends and after installing i noticed there was no mods folder. i followed the instructions in this video and they worked for making the server run but i am unable to make a mods folder. How do i resolve this and get a mods folder or is there a workaround? thank you
