I don't find FillBucketEvent....

how i can make a new iron bucket of another liquid without changing the minecraft original source code? I would like that when a player with an empty bucket right click on my liquid gets a bucket with my liquid and when my bucket with my liquid is "emptied" is spawning my liquid. I already have the blocks of liquids. thanks in advance!!
